Job Description:
- Analyzing market, industry, and user needs, also taking user GMV growth.
- Responsible for the overall planning of daily marketing project and implementation of marketing communication plans, promotional gameplay, page layout, etc.
- Regularly share insight and learning marketing activities to facilitate knowledge and sharing and inform future strategies.
- Develop standardized processes and frame work of campaign execution, measurement, and optimization to streamline operation and improve efficiency.
- Responsible for full-process project management from event planning to effect review.
- Improve brand/product penetration, improve product acceleration & elimination turnover, user and GM incremental orientation.
Job Requirements:
- Experience at least 3-5 years in online marketing commodity (develop & improve brand penetration) especially in B2B industry.
- Strong understanding B2B and B2B eCommerce platforms, market trends and consumer behavior.
- Analytic abilities: has a strong analytical skills with the interpret data and derive actionable insight to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Proven track record of success developing and executing online marketing strategies that drive sales and increase conversion rates of commodity product.
- Priority will be given to candidates that are already familiar with B2B marketing.
