Job Description

• Identify, Drive, & Implement Market-based Growth Opportunities For Assigned Customers
• Identify Customer Needs & Support Business Development And Sales Team In Line With Business Strategy
• Develop And Implement Marketing Programs For Customers
• Implement The Marketing Concept To Establish A Strong Brand Presence In The Market

Requirement

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
• The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner
• A minimum 7 years of working experience in strategy, product marketing, marketing, in the agrochemical industry
• Possesses excellent knowledge of agrochemical products (crop protection, pesticide, etc)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population
