Job Description:

• Collaborates With Country Comex To Develop Short-term And Long-term Strategic And Tactical Plans For The Organization.
• Defines And Implements IT & Payments Strategies And Roadmaps To Achieve Business Goals, Considering Global Strategy And Local Needs.
• Drives Change Management Initiatives Throughout The Organization.
• Oversees The Development And Delivery Of Digital Assets To Meet Business Demand.
• Focuses On Improving Solution Time To Market While Ensuring Sustainable Growth, Security, And Scalability Of The Digital Asset Ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in IT management
• Proven experience as an IT manager, holding a leadership position within the company's management team in a similar type of business
• Demonstrable leadership and people management skills, with experience leading a team
