Job Description
- Develop And Implement Recruitment Strategies And Plans To Fulfill The Organization's Needs
- Coordinate Internal Organization To Understand The Current Recruitment Needs
- Identify And Utilize Various Channels To Attract High Quality Candidates
- Lead Candidate Screening, Interview, And Selection Process, Ensure A Thorough And Fair Assessment
- Manage And Supervise The Recruitment Team
- Monitor Team Performance, Set Targets And Provide Regular Feedback
- Oversee Onboarding Processes, Ensure The New Employees Receive Enough Necessary Training And Support
- Coordinate With The HR Department To Develop Comprehensive Onboarding Program
- Do Continuous Improvement
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree
- Business Mandarin and English proficiency (ability to communicate fluently in both language to expatriates/foreigners both orally and written regarding business matters)
- Min. 3 years as HR Recruitment Manager/Talent Acquisition related position, experienced in handling hiring for areas and a massive number
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques and interview process, familiar with HR Software and ATS
- Good communication skill, good leadership skill, good problem solving skill and interpersonal skill
