Job Description
- Manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters, in both Mandarin and English.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Assist with personal errands and daily administrative tasks.
- Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
