Job Description

• Manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters, in both Mandarin and English.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
• Assist with personal errands and daily administrative tasks.
• Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
