Job Description

• Oversee the daily operational and payment functions of the branch.
• Resolve customer payment issues efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate with branch payment partners to ensure smooth transactions.
• Review and analyze daily reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Work towards achieving quarterly performance goals.

Requirement

• Fluency in Mandarin (writing, reading, speaking, and listening) is a must.
• Experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Open to learning new skills and adapting to changing environments.
