Job Description

• Contact Potential Or Existing Leads To Inform Them About A Product Or Service Using Scripts
• Answer Questions About Products Or The Company
• Ask Questions To Understand Customer Needs And Requirements
• Enter And Update Customer Information In The Database
• Take And Process Orders In An Accurate Manner
• Generate New Customers For The Company As Well As Passing Higher Usage Leads To Sales Team
• Keep Records Of Calls And Sales And Note Useful Information

Requirement

• Have 1-2 years of experience cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs / SMBs), Fresh Graduate is also welcomed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required
• Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability and ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for feedback.
