Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve sales targets and drive continuous improvement in overall business performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Foster effective communication and build strong, collaborative relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct strategic and professional negotiations with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Prepare sales reports and perform thorough evaluations of client visits and follow-up results to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Label Printing (PSA Label) industry will be a strong advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in the Label Printing sector.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with hands-on experience managing professional and systematic B2B sales processes.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
