Job Description:

Our client, a leading U.S.-based company specializing in construction and building products, is renowned for its extensive and innovative product range.

• Oversee and ensure the efficiency of lab operations and testing procedures.

• Present and demonstrate GCP products and applications to consultants and architects.

• Address and resolve cement-related issues at batching plants and job sites, offering technical advice and solutions.

• Foster strong relationships with customers, particularly with Technical Managers, QC Managers, and Optimization Managers.

• Anticipate and analyze changes in market needs for cement and materials, and prepare for necessary developments.

• Deliver product and cement training to both commercial teams and customers.

• Ensure that both existing and new products meet customer and project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in the cement industry, with expertise in concrete technology and field troubleshooting.

• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capable of working independently, with a self-driven approach and a positive attitude.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Fluency in English is an additional advantage.
