Job Description:

  • Craft And Execute Brand Strategy: Develop And Implement A Comprehensive Brand Strategy That Resonates With Professionals, HR Representatives, Universities, And News Outlets, Aligning With Our Company's Vision.
  • Engage And Foster Community: Cultivate And Nurture Relationships With Professionals, HR Leaders, University Contacts, And Journalists Across Various Online And Offline Platforms.
  • Create Compelling Content: Generate High-quality Content Including Blog Posts, Social Media Updates, Newsletters, And Press Releases That Spotlight Our Achievements, Values, And Offerings.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Oversee Our Social Media Channels, Ensuring Consistent Branding And Impactful Engagement With Our Target Audience.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify And Establish Partnerships With Relevant Organizations, Universities, And Industry Influencers To Amplify Our Reach.
  • Curate Events And Workshops: Organize And Participate In Events, Webinars, Workshops, And Conferences To Showcase Our Expertise And Connect With Our Audience.
  • Elevate Public Relations: Manage Media Relationships, Respond To Inquiries, And Proactively Pitch Stories To Enhance Our Visibility In The News.
  • Gather Insights And Feedback: Collect Community Feedback And Analyze Data To Derive Valuable Insights, Enhancing Our Strategies.
  • Lead Marketing Team: Provide Guidance And Leadership To Our Marketing Team, Ensuring Alignment With Brand Goals. Oversee Branding Efforts, Landing Pages, Traffic Generation, And Email Marketing Initiatives.

Job Requirements:
