Job Description

• Collaborate with organizational leaders to assess workforce development needs and align strategies with business objectives.
• Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs, including leadership training, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Conduct skills gap analyses and recommend tailored learning solutions to enhance employee competencies and career growth.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to support professional development and employee engagement.
• Develop and oversee mentoring programs to nurture emerging talent and promote knowledge sharing within the organization.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with at least 5 years of experience in Talent Development and Talent Management role.
• Proven experience in talent development, organizational learning, or a similar role, ideally in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies, including instructional design, adult learning principles, and performance management systems.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and drive actionable outcomes.
• Proficiency in analyzing workforce data and using insights to design effective development strategies.
