Job Description
- Focus on building a sustainable business platform that integrates the entire companys product portfolio, as well as other RPM brands/products when necessary.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Market Segment directors to identify new business opportunities and develop effective go-to-market channels.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with corporate goals, focusing on identifying and creating new products, markets, and sales opportunities.
- Build a robust project pipeline through the specification process, generating revenue for the company.
- Take responsibility for ensuring the companys products and systems are specified with architects, consultants, and engineers, advocating for key products.
- Conduct weekly presentations to architects, civil engineering consultants, interior developers, and building refurbishment teams. Oversee the countrys business P&L and take full responsibility for its outcomes.
- Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with both existing and new stakeholders, including developers, architects/consultants/engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, and distributors.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and seminars targeted at both private and government sectors.
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a degree in Management is a plus.
- 57 years of managerial, business development, and sales experience within the building materials industry.
- Strong network within the building materials industry, including relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in public speaking and confident in representing the company at industry events.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
