Job Description

• Ensures That The Two Maintenance Sections (mobile And Fixed Plant) Are Meeting Their Performance Objectives And Outcomes
• Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Manage A Large Team And Achieve Success Proficient In Handling Both Mechanical Mobile And Fixed Plant Equipment, With Extensive Experience In Mobile Equipment, Milling, And Jaw-cone Crushers
• Embedding Reliable Systems, Practices, And Cultures Throughout The Maintenance Function To Achieve Worldwide Benchmark Standards
• Responsible To Implement And Execute Fatal Risk Controls And Safe Work Practices In All Operational Areas While Fostering A Culture Of Greatness Aligned With The Company's Values

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, or a related field, along with 15+ years of working experience in maintenance or operations in the mining industry
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a large team and achieve success
• Proficient in handling both Mechanical Mobile and Fixed Plant equipment, with extensive experience in mobile equipment, milling, and jaw-cone crushers
• Experience working internationally or in a remote locations
• Essential expertise in ensuring reliability of equipment
