Job Description:

• Develop And Implement The Overall Talent Acquisition Strategy Aligned With Business Objectives.
• Collaborate With Senior Management To Understand Current And Future Workforce Trends.
• Oversee The End-to-end Recruitment Process From Job Requisition To Onboarding.
• ensure Timely And Cost-effective Filling Of Open Positions, Whilst Maintaining High-quality Candidate Experience.
• Lead Efforts And Identify Top-tier Talent Through Various Channels
• Enhance Organization Employer Brand By Developing And And Implementing Strategies To Showcase Company Culture.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR with strong exposure in Talent Acquisition.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
