Job Description:

Our client, a leading U.S.-based company specializing in construction and building products, is renowned for its extensive and innovative product range.

• Design and implement sales promotion plans to meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement action plans that align with sales targets and strategy.

• Recognize customer needs and opportunities to foster profitable business growth.

• Oversee accounts receivable to reduce overdue payments and bad debt risks, while meeting financial targets.

• Provide precise sales forecasts to avoid inventory problems and aid in production planning.

• Create timely reports on individual customer visits and compile monthly summaries of sales revenue, accounts receivable status, and industry trends.

• Carry out market surveys, update customer profiles, and pinpoint new potential clients.

• Cultivate and expand new business opportunities and customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Civil Engineering or with equivalent industry experience.

• Preferred 1-2 years of hands-on experience in technical sales related to waterproofing applications.

• Experience with multinational corporations (MNCs) is an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in English.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
