Job Description :
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the branch team (including staff, supervisors, and other employees).
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster professional development.
- Hire, train, and onboard new employees.
- Create a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive sales targets and performance to meet or exceed business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand business with existing customers.
- Ensure effective cross-selling of services/products to meet client needs.
- Track and analyze branch sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Financial Management:
- Manage the branchs budget, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance, sales activities, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Implement and enforce company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of branch operations and staff.
- Prepare reports on sales, performance metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed, including payroll and scheduling.
Strategic Planning:
- Work with senior management to set branch goals and objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the branch's future direction.
Requirement :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Several years of experience in a managerial role, particularly in a retail, banking, or service-oriented industry.
- Proven experience in sales, team management, and customer service.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and manage a team, delegating tasks effectively.
- Sales Skills: Ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
