Job Description

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Lead and mentor project managers, site engineers, and other team members
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, policies, and procedures to streamline operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations
• Prepare and manage budgets for projects and operational activities
• Ensure projects meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations
• Reports to stakeholders regarding the progress and financial status of projects
• Working with the Business Development team to develop business and initiate contact with prospective clients

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in Project Management roles with experience in senior management role and preferably in industrial sector
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
• Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
• Familiar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, health and safety standards, and management key points of the project
