Job Description
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and employee career progression.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs to address skill gaps.
- Manage and oversee the entire training life cycle, including needs assessment, program design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, leveraging digital tools, e-learning platforms, and other resources to facilitate a blended learning approach.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs across diverse employee groups.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously.
