• Stay Up-to-date With Industry Trends And Opportunities In Indonesia And Japan.
• Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders To Ensure Smooth Operations And Successful Placements.
• Monitor And Report On Sales Performance And Provide Strategic Insights.

Requirement

• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the industry, especially in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Strong strategical thinking and have a solid business mindset.
