Job Description:

• Develop And Execute A Comprehensive Digital Growth Strategy Aligned With The Overall Business Objectives.
• Identify New Market Opportunities, Customer Segments, And Digital Channels To Drive Revenue Growth.
• Collaborate With Product Development Teams To Identify Opportunities For Digital Product And Platform Innovation.
• Drive The Development And Implementation Of Digital Solutions That Enhance Customer Experience And Provide A Competitive Advantage.
• Manage A Team Of Sales, Product Marketing, And Strategy
• Work Closely With Key Stakeholders, Including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, And IT, To Ensure Seamless Integration Of Digital Initiatives With Broader Business Functions.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree with minimum 15 years of work experience in B2B Software Sales.
• Strong network with C-level / Founder / Owner of established companies in Indonesia.
• Track record in hitting big-ticket sales deals (the scale will be discussed later during initial screening if the candidate's profile matches the criteria).
• Proven leadership experience to guide a team in reaching business target.
