Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager of Operations with a demonstrated history of excellence in the food and beverages industry. The successful candidate will lead our operational efforts, manage multiple brands, and oversee a team of approximately 100 employees. If you have a proven track record of developing high-performance teams, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want you on our team.
- Operational Leadership: Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across multiple brands within the food and beverages industry.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees to consistently achieve performance goals and uphold company standards.
- Restaurant Management: Implement best practices in restaurant management, from new restaurant openings to ongoing training and development of staff.
- Communication: Establish effective communication channels within the organization, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, upholding the reputation of our brands.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to align with corporate goals and execute company objectives.
- Creativity and Problem Solving: Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from all majors, preferably from Tourism/Hospitality major.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a General Manager of Operations in the Food & Beverages (Restaurant) industry.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performance teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teams, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to deliver corporate goals and execute company objectives.
- Multibrand Management: Experience in handling multiple brands is highly desirable.
- Strength in Creativity and Problem Solving: Showcase your ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to operational challenges.
