Job Description:

We seek experienced Manufacturing-related roles candidates at the Managerial level for the aluminum manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will lead the production team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in all manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of aluminum manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
