Job Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and scalability of the MSME business segment.
• Oversee end-to-end business processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, risk, and IT) to optimize operations and improve customer experience.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirement

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in leading operations within the financial services industry, with a focus on MSME or SME segments.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex business challenges.
• Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements and driving efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, and willingness to make things happen.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and technology integration in financial services.
