Job Description

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct onboarding training for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Identify training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and discussions with managers.
• Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional methods (e.g., presentations, role-playing, workshops).
• Update and improve training materials to keep them relevant to industry trends and company goals.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and post-training evaluations.
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees as needed.
• Maintain training records and generate reports on employee progress.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between training programs and business objectives.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or corporate coaching.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
• Experience designing training materials and delivering both in-person and virtual training.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS, and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
