Job Description

License / Permit

1. Manage the company's operational license, expatriate employment permit, and permit for import-export of products
2. Manage administrative license and permit including the necessary renewal process
3. Manage the full process of AMDAL
4. Create a document digitalization program by collaborating with the IT department

Legal

1. Create draft for transaction agreement with suppliers, customers, contractors, and consultants
2. Manage all legal documents and manage scheduling for RUPS, RUPSLB, renewal of legal deeds, and change of charters
3. Provide legal advice and revision on credit agreements with banks, suppliers, customers, contractors, and consultants
4. Represent the company and partner with lawyers in case of dispute and litigation
5. Partner with notary related to land certificate, land acquisition, and other supporting documents

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Law with at least 8 years of experience with exposure from the manufacturing sector
• Experienced in managing AMDAL process from start to finish
• Experienced in giving advice to Director / Owner / C-level executives
• Solid leadership skills in managing a team
• Good proficiency in English
