Job Description

- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Candidate sourcing and evaluations
- Interview and selection process
- Prepare on boarding process
- Control and arrange interview and tests for candidates
- Understand the users' needs for hiring
- Provide guidance on candidate selections for users

Requirement

-Bachelor's degree in Psychology
-Conversational English proficiency
-Min. 2 years of experience as Recruitment Officer, HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in Automotive manufacturing company
