Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support multiple branch managers to ensure business success.
- Develop and implement regional sales and operational strategies.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Set sales targets for branches and provide guidance to achieve them.
- Ensure consistent customer experience and brand standards across all stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock distribution among branches.
- Oversee financial performance, including revenue analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular store visits, staff training, and performance evaluations.
- Represent the company at industry events, supplier meetings, and networking engagements.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior retail management role, preferably in home appliances or phone accessories.
- Great proficiency in English
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple retail stores.
- Strong ability to develop and execute sales and operational strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in inventory planning, supply chain management, and vendor relations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement improvement plans.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
