You'll have the following responsibilities

• Support the elements for our core network 2G/3G/4G/5G and billing.
• Support the elements of billing
• Customer communication
• Working with all internal departments
• Adheres to engineering best practices.

You'll have the following skills & experience

Skills:

• Technical skills:
• Knowledge of Telecommunications/Core network elements
• Analytical skills
• Advantage is experience with Linux OS
• Advantage is Networking experience

Advantage is experience with monitoring systems:

• Excellent communication skills: Capable of explaining technical issues and successes to other member of the team and the clients.
• Creating documentation: We follow strict documentation process
• Improvement focus: Have a proven ability to learn new technologies and put these into practice.
• Creative thinker: Working with other technical stakeholders to define innovative data solutions, exploring new technologies, and coaching the squad in their implementation.
