Our client is a global technology firm that focus on Information Technology, Computer and Internet Security, ICT, Networking and Hardware Engineering. On their behalf, we are looking experienced information technology professional who is responsible for overseeing, maintaining and manage various data center operations, hardware and networks.

Your goal will be to ensure that their technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems
• Manage IT infrastructure and technology tools 
• Monitoring for performance and potential issues in a proactive manner 
• Governing database operations Troubleshoot issues and outages remotely and on-site
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation 
• Looking after access privileges 
• Automating repetitive system administration jobs 
• Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure 
• International travel is part of the role

Requirements: 

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience 
• Can work independently and be proactive 
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Linux based OS 
• Cloud infrastructure know-how 
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, PKI, GPO 
• Experience with SQL language and database maintenance and management - Oracle DB, MySQL, MS SQL 
• Network management skills - TCP/IP, BGP, Firewall, VRRP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IPSLA, Multicast 
• Experience with network devices from Cisco, OPNsense, Fortigate, Mellanox 
• Experience with Zabbix monitoring Familiarity with versioning tools - GIT 
• Mastery of configuration management - SaltStack 
• Basic programming and scripting skills - Python / Bash / Powershell / Perl / YAML / Jinja / HTML 
• Strong IT support and management skills with Incident, Change, and Configuration Management ITIL certified or similar 
• Certified in CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCSE: Core Infrastructure, Cloud or other equivalent certifications 
• BSc degree in Computer Science or related field 
• Driver's license category B, active driver 
• Proficiency in English of intermediate or higher level
