Dynamics 365 Engineer

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, customization, and configuration of the MS Dynamics 365 platform. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to evaluate system requests, provide training, and recommend efficiency enhancements. The individual will work in a dynamic, high-growth environment requiring flexibility and close teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main support for the Microsoft Dynamics environment, including backups, maintenance, updates, error logs, and release management.
• Provide field support by addressing questions and managing helpdesk tickets/escalations.
• Manage user permissions, security roles, and teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and protection from unauthorized access.
• Train new and existing users on system usage, data entry, reporting, and basic functionality.
• Monitor system performance and optimize configurations.
• Resolve issues and manage system requests in collaboration with IT.
• Administer configuration changes and conduct tests to prevent production system impact.
• Maintain and modify system customizations (e.g., dashboards, workflows, reports).
• Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support the development and expansion of Dynamics 365 with specialized knowledge in Finance/Project Accounting.
• Develop new approaches to improve or replace existing processes.
• Prepare requirements for new functionalities and liaise with vendors for delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Microsoft Dynamics system administrator.
• Familiarity with security roles and administration in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in user support, feedback sessions, and testing.
• Proficiency in customization, configuration, and integration of email marketing applications.
• Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, or query writing.
• Proficient in English.
