Our client is a top provider of online, mobile, and point-of-sale (POS) payment solutions, specializing in helping eCommerce businesses of all sizes and industries accept payments through various customer interaction channels. We are currently looking for a motivated Head of QA to join their thriving team!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Grow QA Team:

o Develop a team of 20+ QA professionals.

o Support team development and introduce new technologies.

o Participate in recruitment and training.

Improve Processes:

o Understand business objectives and product development.

o Suggest and implement improvements.

Hands-On QA:

o Lead QA for strategic projects.

o Create bug reports and track issue resolution with developers.

Drive Automation:

o Collaborate with development teams on automated testing.

o Develop and manage Automation Frameworks and Maturity Models.

o Foster a culture of OKRs and KPIs.

Collaboration:

o Work closely with other department managers.

o Report to the CTO.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

o 4+ years leading a team of 5-10 people.

o Experience in web automation (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Playwright).

o Proficient in SQL and version control systems (GIT, SVN, TFS).

o Knowledge of CI/CD processes (Jenkins).

o Agile development experience and familiarity with Scrum methodology.

o Strong written and verbal skills.

o Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.

o Self-driven and motivated leader ready to achieve optimal results.
