We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Center Manager professional candidate to join the client's team.

 The NOC Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Network Operations Center. This role is responsible for managing a team of NOC engineers, ensuring the effective monitoring and support of network systems, and maintaining high service levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of NOC engineers and technicians. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance. Manage and resolve network incidents and outages. Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures to minimize downtime and impact.
  • Network Monitoring: Oversee real-time monitoring of network systems and infrastructure to identify and address performance issues, outages, and security threats.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve NOC processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
  • Collaboration: Work with engineering, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operation and integration of network services. Facilitate communication between teams during incidents and project implementations.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident reports. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in Network Operation Center Team Leader\Manager.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software. Proficiency in network monitoring tools, incident management systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to analyse complex network\system issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
