Designs and codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements moderately complex software applications.
Your Responsibilities Will be:
Responsible for configuring the infrastructure and installing applications on Windows IIS hosted platform.
Working with application teams examining deployment requirements (hardware and software requirements).
Reviewing application installation documentation.
Executing the install.
Automating the installation process.
Ensuring that the installation is done in accordance with standards and best practices.
Management of the IIS.Net environment, monitor application pools and system response time, server health, applications deployment, and disaster recovery
Incident and change management processes
Work in a matrix organization having interactions with QA, ADM and Infra teams
In depth technology knowhow & troubleshooting skills across one or multiple technology areas (.Net, IIS, SQL Server or Oracle)
Troubleshooting incidents.
Knowledge about ITIL, CMMi framework
Past experience with databases SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Sybase, etc.
Expert in at least one of the programming languages (C#, VB.NET, Windows Shell Scripting)
Proven past experience in development or support of web based and WinForms .NET applications created in C# and VB.NET
Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
Excellent customer handling skills
Good documentation skills
