Responsibilities:

• Manage HAM & SAM for client assets.
• Develop and implement asset management processes.
• Analyze contracts and purchase agreements.
• Utilize data analysis tools like MS Access, and Excel.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Generate monthly reports.
• Identify and implement best practices.
• Oversee team activities and provide direction.
• Drive strategy and mature asset management services.
• Conduct analysis and advise clients.
• Develop, maintain, and execute asset management programs.
• Provide ongoing information on environmental health and innovations.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of SCCM 2007/2012 server infrastructure.
• Extensive experience in transitioning HAM & SAM services.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Relevant technical certifications.
• Experience in asset management processes.
• Active communicator and detail-oriented.
• Experience with SCCM/SMS/Marimba/LANDesk/Altiris/Intune.
