Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product team to manage roadmaps and backlogs, aligning with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Serve as a key point of contact for product-related projects, issues, and communications between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Define new functional requirements and translate them into stories or requests for technical teams.
• Assist with quality assurance and sign-off of new releases.
• Coordinate changes and new releases with product teams and stakeholders, ensuring thorough documentation and communication.
• Anticipate and address potential issues, obstacles, or dependencies that may impact project timelines.
• Lead application training for new users.
• Provide regular product updates to stakeholders.
• Author and maintain product functional and user manuals.
• Perform ad hoc tasks necessary for effective role execution.

Requirements

• Proficiency in software development and project lifecycle management.
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a can-do approach.
• Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working within an Agile methodology.
• Technical knowledge or previous experience in a technical role.
• Team player with a focus on contributing to the organization's larger goals.
• Knowledge or experience in Casino, Sportsbook, and/or Digital Marketing is considered a plus.
