We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Teams Voice Solutions Expert to join the client's team.
What your role will involve:
- Consulting, design, and implementation of Microsoft Teams enterprise voice solutions in combination with SBCs and Contact Center platforms.
- Translating customer needs into tailored technical solutions that deliver maximum value.
- End-to-end responsibility for technical services, ensuring seamless integration and smooth operation.
- On-call support and performing maintenance tasks outside of regular working hours to keep services running efficiently.
- Collaboration with customers and internal teams, including our operational countries, to ensure service optimization, change and release management, problem resolution, and continuous innovation.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and delivering necessary KPIs to measure performance.
- Ongoing training and knowledge-sharing to stay up to date with the latest technologies and processes in the field.
- Security awareness as a key focus in daily tasks.
What makes you a great fit:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Teams and enterprise voice solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, AudioCodes SBC, Anywhere 365, and Samwin.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Azure, DNS, IP networks, and firewalls.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, AudioCodes SBCs, or Contact Center platforms are highly valued.
- Scripting and programming skills with a focus on PowerShell and Graph API.
- Highly organized, structured working style with excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
- Fluent in English, with German being an advantage.
