For our client - a fintech-oriented company seeks a seasoned Infrastructure Team Leader with a global mindset and a collaborative approach to drive Incident and Change Management policies. This role involves implementing enterprise-grade methodologies. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head and CEO, overseeing and enhancing infrastructure teams' performance, shaping innovative strategies, and driving impactful changes across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Senior System Administrators, fostering collaboration and flexibility
  • Streamline Incident and Change Management, aligning team goals with enterprise standards
  • Directly impact infrastructure transformation projects, including an upcoming Kubernetes deployment
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams and influence decisions on future Cloud initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in People Management- 2+ years;
  • Experience in mentoring a Senior Technical Teams;
  • Technical expertise in Data Centre Management, VMware Administration, Networking, Storage, and Servers
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux Server, AD, O365, Automation, and Service Desk;
  • Experience with Change Management and Incident Management;
