In this role, youll collaborate with stakeholders to define team goals, lead architecture design, solve technical challenges, and mentor junior team members. Key responsibilities include setting and meeting development goals, ensuring efficient testing, conducting code reviews, and managing technical debt.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in enterprise software development
• Strong Python skills with experience in frameworks like Flask or Django
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and software development processes
