Microsoft Infrastructure Administrator

  Technical requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Microsoft Administrator
• Understanding of Windows servers family and Active directory
• Experience in Group policy management
• Experience in Microsoft Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint servers
• Experience in Microsoft Internet Information Server
• TCP IP Network knowledge
• Experience in DNS and DHCP
• Experience in planning and executing vulnerability management (including system hardening, security guidance, and patching)
• History of having performed successful technical implementations and projects

• Capable of independently negotiating in difficult circumstances without assistance
• Incident tracking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and to satisfy deadlines
• Well-organized and self-managed person
• Strong documentation skills
• Strong analysis and communication skills
• Very good team working ability

Additional requirements:

• Responding to critical support issues outside of work hours if needed
• Responding to complex requests from Auditors
• Implementation of best practices and audit recommendations
• Suitable certifications for the enumerated technologies will be a serious advantage
• Experience in Office365 and/or a Hybrid environment will be a serious advantage
