Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking for a:

Senior SW Engineer - Research & Algorithms

Responsibilities:

• Algorithm Development: Create and optimize advanced algorithms. Extract insights, patterns, and forecasts.
• End-to-End Implementation: Take ownership of projects, from idea conception to practical deployment, ensuring seamless integration.
• Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science and backend technologies. Conduct research to identify innovative solutions and methodologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including algorithm developers, engineers, and analysts, to integrate research findings into production-ready solutions.
• Prototyping: Rapidly develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to test and validate research hypotheses.

Job Requirements

• MS.c in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. BS.c in the same fields will also be considered.
• Proven research experience in machine learning, deep learning, or algorithm development.
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages, such as Java and/or Python.
• Proven track record in creating complete end-to-end solutions within a real-world industrial production setting.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and microservice architecture is an advantage.
• Mentoring research initiatives within a diverse and talented team.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas using clear and straightforward language.
