Expert IT MS SQL Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Design, install and maintain SQL databases;
• Periodical monitoring and performance tuning;
• Ensure high levels of data availability;
• Perform database transaction and security audits;
• Responsible for database security and the security of the data in the SQL databases;
• Perform system backups, system restoration, and disaster recovery of SQL databases needed;
• Responsible for patching and upgrading all SQL database systems;
• Develop and ensure compliance with SQL database standards/best practices/audit recommendations;
• Install and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MS SQL-based Data Warehouse solution;
• Responding to critical support issues outside of work hours as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices;
• Experience with designing, building, installing, configuring, and supporting SQL Server databases;
• Solid background in database tuning and troubleshooting experience;
• Experience in Microsoft operating systems Windows Server 2012/2016;
• Experience in web technologies and web servers (.Net and Microsoft IIS);
• Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage;
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be an advantage;
• Experience in Data Warehouse solutions based on MS SQL will be an advantage;
• Very good communication skills and team working ability;
• Ability to work under pressure and to satisfy deadlines;
• Strong documentation skills.
