On behalf of Competenz we are seeking a relationship-focused Training Advisor to support apprentices and employers across your region. This is a rewarding, people-centred role where you will help learners succeed, strengthen industry capability, and represent a trusted national brand.

About the Role

• Build strong relationships with learners, employers, schools, and providers
• Support apprentices through regular visits, coaching, and tailored learning plans
• Conduct employer capacity checks and learner profiling
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive completions
• Deliver assessor coaching and assessment services
• Manage territory planning, reporting, and data accuracy

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years in account management or customer-facing roles
• Engineering related industry experience or training/education background
• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship skills
• Comfortable managing your own territory and workload
• High computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
