This is a great opportunity that will allow you to use your full L & D strength in developing an organisation of 90 staff.
For this 12-month contract we are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist who will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing learning strategies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about personal, team and organizational development.
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
- Ownership over leadership development programs
- Work with suppliers to design e-learning courses, workshops and other training
- Recommend and implement a suitable LMS
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs
- Recommend and manage training budget
- Create reports on training activities and results
- Foster a learning culture within the organization
To successfully secure this contract you will have/bring the following:
- 10+ years of L&D experience
- Strong understanding of effective learning methodologies
- Experience with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Based in Manukau City this is not a work from home/hybrid opportunity.
