Partnerships Fundraising Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Fundraising Specialist to join a well respected charitable organisation.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for growing the charitable income across all streams, growing an established data base for fundraising and establishing a volunteer fundraising team (street appeals). 

The role will involve developing and executing a fundraising plan, developing strong relationships with prospective and existing funders, writing compelling bids and ensuring effective reporting. 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for marketing the charity to prospective clients through mailings, social media and other routes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a fundraising plan to grow charitable income across all streams
• Managing and growing a sound data base for fundraising
• Developing strong relationships with prospective and existing funders, including researching potential trust and foundation funders
• Writing compelling bids and ensuring effective reporting and s
• Marketing the charity to prospective clients through mailings, social media and other routes

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in raising income  from multiple sources, with a specific focus on trusts and foundations. You will be self-motivated and proactive with great interpersonal skills to work with a small group of team members, volunteers, trustees, and external funders from individual to corporate donors.
