About the job Board Member
Expressions of interest are sought for Board Member applicants for a seat on the Sexual Abuse HELP Wellington (HELP) Board of Trustees.
We are seeking on behalf of HELP applicants that bring business and community experience and skills to further develop the strategic direction of HELP.
As a board member you will work collaboratively with fellow board members, you will have experience working at executive and at governance level.
Along with your business acumen you will bring your experience and commitment to supporting community and charitable causes.
As the newly appointed Board Member you will have strength and understanding of sound governance principals, will be innovative and challenging in your thinking, while understanding risks associated with governance work.
The Board convenes regularly throughout the year. HELP Board appointees are unpaid positions. Applicants must be based within the Wellington region to enable attendance at the Board meetings.
