You will be joining a highly talented development team, all of them looking forward to you bringing your unique online assessment experience into their group. You will be working with your team and outside subject matter experts to scope and plan the development of assessment products.

You will develop and review online and blended assessments ensuring they are aligned to unit standards and learning outcomes for trainees, and you will have an impressive network around you to support you in achieving your role.

What you will bring:

  • A degree level qualification or equivalent experience which demonstrates your ability to analyse concepts and ideas and apply sound assessment design principles.
  • Understanding of the principles of adult education and assessment design.
  • Considerable experience of online assessment design
  • Considerable experience in developing assessment tools for workplace learning, bearing in mind the profile of the target audience.
  • Considerable experience and demonstrated competence of the MS Office suite.
  • Your personality, which is friendly, caring, supportive, and always willingness to smile and have a bit of a laugh because that is what your new people are used to and enjoy in a team mate.
