About the Opportunity

Talent Group NZ is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Business Support Administrator to join their team. This role sits within the business support function and reports directly to the Business Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
  • Support the Business Support Manager in coordinating team activities and workflows
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and diary management
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders
  • Support procurement processes and track orders and expenses
  • Assist with onboarding processes and general HR administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

About You

  • Previous experience in an administration or business support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable

  • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Exposure to reporting, data entry, or coordination roles
  • Familiarity with CRM or business systems
