About the Opportunity
Talent Group NZ is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Business Support Administrator to join their team. This role sits within the business support function and reports directly to the Business Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
- Support the Business Support Manager in coordinating team activities and workflows
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and diary management
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Support procurement processes and track orders and expenses
- Assist with onboarding processes and general HR administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
- Previous experience in an administration or business support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Exposure to reporting, data entry, or coordination roles
- Familiarity with CRM or business systems
