About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent, have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and be able to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Support with manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating salaries, and conducting background checks.
Collaborate with recruiting HR officials to support seamless onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Manatal is a plus
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
