About the Job
The Business Development Associate will be part of Talent Foresight's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, a deep understanding of the [industry] market, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
Identify and target key prospects and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and develop tailored solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on talent strategies.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Presentations
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Represent Talent Foresight at industry events and conferences.
Collaboration and Reporting
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client success, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of the HR and Management market and talent management trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such spreadsheet would be a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software would be a plus
