About the Job

The Business Development Associate will be part of Talent Foresight's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, a deep understanding of the [industry] market, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

  • Identify and target key prospects and market segments to generate new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.

  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and develop tailored solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on talent strategies.

  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.

Sales and Presentations

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Represent Talent Foresight at industry events and conferences.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client success, to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of the HR and Management market and talent management trends.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 

  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such spreadsheet would be a plus.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software would be a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
