About the role
The Telesales Associate will play a crucial role in expanding Talent Foresight's client base by proactively reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products. This role requires a driven and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at building rapport, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting our value proposition.
Responsibilities
Outbound Sales:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted leads to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs and alignment with Talent Foresight's offerings.
Present and explain the benefits of Talent Foresight's [services/products] to prospective clients.
Lead Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads in a timely and effective manner to nurture relationships and close deals.
Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads to meet sales targets.
Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Gather feedback from clients to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such as Spreadsheet
Working knowledge of any CRM software would be a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Knowledge of the Human Resource and Management consulting industry is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in any commercial-related field.
